TUMI Genomics’ Fungal screen diagnostic assay uses a TaqMan qPCR to detect the presence of pathogenic Pythium and Fusarium species in cannabis plants. The primer/probe sets target the Pythium and Fusarium genomes as well as an endogenous plant transcript as a positive control. Because this assay detects a target that is in all cannabis tissues, it provides confirmation of sample integrity, successful nucleic acid extraction, and activity of reaction components in every sample.
Includes all species detected in both Pan Fusarium and Pan Pythium tests.

Tube storage box, barcoded collection tubes, an instructions for use card, and a matching set of barcodes for tracking purposes.

Collection tubes can be stored at room temperature for 3 months or up to a year refrigerated.
